The entrance fee is RM50.00 (non-refundable once approved) and the minimum share is RM100 per unit. Payment is made to the cooperative account 8881 0725 0875 8 (AmBank Berhad).

Who is eligible to apply for cooperative membership?

Malaysian citizens aged 18 and above who reside, work, or own land within the cooperative's operating area, and who are not mentally incapacitated, an undischarged bankrupt, subject to an active registrable criminal conviction, or expelled from membership within the past year.

How long does membership approval take?

Applications are brought to the Board of Directors (ALK) meeting, and written notice is given within 30 days from the date of that meeting.

What do I receive if my application is approved?

New members receive a membership acceptance letter, a Share Certificate (for those who have paid), and a copy of the cooperative's by-laws.

What happens if my application is rejected?

If an application is rejected, the entrance fee and share payment already made will be refunded in full.

Membership Requirements

Malaysian citizen.

Expelled from membership under the Act within the past year.
